    A Creationist View of Chromosome Banding and Evolution

    Staining of chromosomes reveals a pattern of banding that may be used for comparisons of different species. Similar species typically have similar banding patterns, although there are exceptions.     Louisiana Creationists Appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court

    The Louisiana Balanced-Treatment Act, requiring that creation be taught whenever evolution is taught, was ruled unconsititutional by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the matter has been appealed to the Supreme Court. Published in Origins v. 13, n. 1.
