The West-Central Africa Division GRI Branch Office promotes the biblical worldview of creation and encourages geoscience education in the region. This is conducted through scientific investigation, field trips, seminars, publications, Faith and Science meetings, STEM and STEAM open days, Creation Sabbath celebration, exhibitions at local meetings and International Conferences, continuing education for teachers, and sharing of resources through social media.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Environmental Geology, sustainable use of resources, Uranium-Lead studies of zircons in detrital sediments for provenance studies in sedimentary basins, evaluation of geosites, Intelligent Design, and God’s love for humankind as revealed in the rocks, minerals and various geological processes.
